Did I just write that heading!!!!! I can hardly believe how W8r3 went today. I actually didn’t feel too bad at the end. This programme really does work can’t wait til end of next week when I hope to do my last run. The I’ll be a graduate yeah 😃😃😃😃😃

I am ready to start W9 too! Can’t believe I am writing that! It’s such an achievement. I don’t know about you but I really struggled at first. The jump from 60 seconds to 90 seconds was horrific. I am not the fastest but I am determined! My runs will be delayed next week as I had a nasty fall yesterday. Good luck for your final week.
