28 minutes is tough, nevertheless you are not too long now away from your graduation run, try running in the early morning to avoid the heat π₯.
I'd love to run early morning but I'd have to be up at 5 during the week and I couldn't do it. Do mornings at weekends though and it's so much easier!
π But it's not advisable to run both on a Saturday and Sunday morning, number one rule on C25K is not to run on consecutive days. π

Well done you. I agree 28 mins is tough. I'm taking mine so slowly I'll soon be running backwards. Im thinking - graduate then I can think about increasing the speed.

Well done. Iβm planning to head out for that one tomorrow morning. Kind of looking forward to it, kind of dreading it. I keep telling myself itβs only 3 more minutes more than last time π
