Thanks! Used to run quite a bit, but after getting ill with pneumonia 4.5 years ago and my couple of attempts to get back into it resulting in flaring up old injuries, I decided a more structured approach was what I needed All good so far as long as I am sensible!

Only ever run on treadmill but want a new challenge
