Just done my second couch to 5k run this morning (week 1), a bit muddy and wet but am finding this quite fun! :D

Thanks! :) Used to run quite a bit, but after getting ill with pneumonia 4.5 years ago and my couple of attempts to get back into it resulting in flaring up old injuries, I decided a more structured approach was what I needed :D All good so far as long as I am sensible!

Yes exactly follow the plan always have rest days in between and drink lots of water 😊

Yes there are a lot of excellent places to run up on the nearby heath, it is good to get outside in nature :)
