No runs need warnings.. just take each one steadily and slowly..follow the programme and enjoy. Your location is perfect for it

Congratulations on completing weeks 1 and 2 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 3, I understand that week 3 despite the longer runs is the shortest workout of C25K.
