I wasn’t going to go out for w7r3 today due to the heat but now its started spitting and i need to cool off after all the housework I’ve achieved off i go!

Slower than normal but I wasn’t going to keel over from heat exhaustion! Feeling super powerful now! After the crappy week my family have had this really helped to clear my mind! 🙌🏽
