Ran 25mins one time - just . Then walked some next 2times . I am supposed to be running race for life 5k on Sunday . Got a mental block . Any ideas anyone ?

Slow down, you know you've done it once. You know you can do it. If you are really blocked maybe give yourself permission to do 1 run where you just run for 20 minutes, slow and steady. But do it. No walking. Then next run up it to 23, then 25. Small increments. Do you think that is manageable ?

Don’t worry about Sunday. The atmosphere will help enormously and at 25 mins you’re well on the way. If you walk a bit it won’t matter.
Your mental block is probably just that - mental. Try slowing down, or distracting yourself with a different route. The mental triggers will be different and it can really help.
