Did the first run of week 3 and oh my, that first 3min run was a killer. Probably didn’t help that I’ve had a curry and Chinese this week hahha!!! My runs have been quite spread out for the past 2 weeks also as I climbed Snowdon last Friday, I gave my legs a rest a couple days before and after!! Though the last 3min run went ok!! I think the first one was just a little shock to the body!!!

Well done ! Yes those first few mins can be dreadful but before too long you find your happy pace.

I'm on week 9 and starting the runs is always a total shock to my body although it is getting easier towards the end of runs. Mind you I'm not sure whether that will be encouraging for you or not!
