Im on week 4 run 3. I repeated twice, as the app kept pausing it. I have found it very annoying when it does. But on those two runs whereby I didn't do it properly. I have realised two things:one I can do a run longer than the 5 minutes intended, that is the middle run. But unable to finish properly the last run, 3 minutes tops. So the other runs I could finish without problems as I per instructions as it didn't stop. My question is? Should I do again this week 4 or shall I attempt the week 5? Just to clarify I have done two week 4 runs properly and two week 4 runs not properly as the app stopped working but I did longer runs in middle runs?

As you did run wk4 with app problems just go on to wk5 . Just go slow and enjoy 😊
