After smashing run 2, I had a cheeky 30 second walk in the last five minutes today (I think my 5:45 get up to go run around the hubby’s shift zapped my energy!)
Think I’m going to repeat this week before moving on so I can really and truly run all the segments before week 5 but I’m feeling positive! ⭐️👍🏻

Well done anyway. You went out and you ran, that always deserves a pat on the back. You could just repeat the run you couldn't finish, but if you want to repeat the week that's good too, the programme is very flexible and it's not a race to get to the end.

If I want to walk, I try to slow down even more but keep up the jogging motion until I find a second wind. You will do it next time for sure😊🏃🏾♀️😊
