Just completed w8d1 I’m covering about 3.1k I’m not sure if that’s the pace I should be at!?To be honest I’m whacked so i couldn’t have increased it maybe next run 😊I’m going to reward myself with a banana and a glass of orange 😂

Yes I'm about the same. I don't think i could go much faster and be able to complete the run!

I know what you mean the last 3 mins was definitely slower then the rest of the run 😂😂

I have a simple rule for running... If you're whacked after a run, you've done well. Doesn't matter how far or how fast.. If you're whacked, your body has had a good workout. Keep doing that, and you'll get fitter. It really is that simple.

I’m not even thinking about pace or distance at the moment- just negotiating the runs is enough for me! Time to worry/work on other stuff when I’ve got that graduation medal!

👍 Spot On! OGR. Attitude 10/10 VG.

Get the time in first.

Then perhaps do it better? Faster? Tidier in my case.

Just enjoy each run.

Sound advice I think maybe that’s what I need to focus on.The speed as you said will come later 😊

well done Bluetortoise you doing fine, dont worry about distance, the main thing is to get you running 30 mins, speed and distance will come later as your body adapts to running and stamina builds😊
