Take 2....

So after graduating 2 years ago (does not feel like its been that long) I managed to keep up with running for a few months - but since then I have dramatically slacked off - I would still do short 10 minute runs but nothing substantial.

So now I am attempting take 2 - my plan is to go a bit faster than last time, which so far I seem to be managing (not much faster, but it still counts right?) I am currently in Week 4.

Im also having trouble scheduling in 3 times a week, I have probably been averaging twice a week, so it is taking a bit longer but I make sure I am doing the runs in sequence. Now that exams are over though I should be able to get out more often.

So hopefully Ill be back at the 30 minute runs in no time!
