I've completed couch to 5K which is amazing except I haven't actually managed to run 5K. I can run for 30min but I make it about 3K so I need to improve my pace. What should I do now?

Keep running : )
Congrats on finishing the programme !
Don't forget to ask for your shiny graduate badge in the June graduates pinned post.
I am slow too. I did 3 weeks consolidation (3x30 min runs each week) and my pace picked up a bit by itself as my legs got stronger.
I am still not at 5k in 30 min pace but I am moving on to a slow and steady 10k programme which I hope will improve my stamina and help me run the shorter distances faster.
There are also the c25k+ stepping stone podcasts which are also in the pinned posts I believe under c25k+ (not sure if that's right but google will find them for you)
Good luck with whatever you decide

Congratulations to you Arttatt17 on graduating from C25K, get your graduation badge at the June pinned posts on the Healthunlocked C25K June Homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran run 3 of week 9 and graduated, soon you will see the word Graduate next to your username
After you run several 30-minute consolidations runs you could do the Stepping Stones Podcasts with Laura, there are three of them, 1, pace, 2, speed, and the third one is stamina, 30, 20, and 35 minute runs, OR you could go to the Bridge 210K podcasts if you wish to try and run a 10K.

I'm exactly the same - except not graduated quite yet...but I think as I seem to get a bit faster every time I should just keep going and it will happen....but there are also some good ideas here.
