did this in 7.5 weeks dead chuffed with myself just got app for 10k and signed up for park runs who'd have thought I'm a runner yeah

Wow! You must have run every other day - you are a runner indeed. Very well done! 👏👏👏Enjoy the next part of your running adventure. - Give yourself time to build up those new running legs, without over pushing yourself - you are still a new runner and your body adapting a lot. Injury is best avoided! 😀

Well done! Achieving it in 7.5weeks is good going , it took me longer especially as I had snow to contend with. After I finished I developed back pain and leg pain that had not shown itself during the programme. Probably because of the longer runs. My advice would be to make sure you are doing other strength exercises to help support your running legs. I wish I had. Good luck with your 10k programme😀

Thanks I do boot camp 3 times a week so hopefully will be ok

Running trainer it's £8.99 but includes 5k 10k half and full marathon programmes. I quite like it gives you regular reports on your average speed per k
