I’ve just completed run 1 week 1! Am very proud of myself, don’t feel too terrible and even enjoyed a second or two of it. Need encouragement to keep going.

My advise is to read the FAQ posts and links, I printed them out and frequently read them again and again at different points in my journey, its the best prep and advice you will receive to be injury free and ensure you are successful.
