Just done week5run3 and was really apprehensive as this one was 20mins nonstop but amazingly I felt I sailed through it ..showing how good this app is in training fitness ..Sunday lunch preparation now!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃😊

No, it's the leg muscles have been used to running non stop for 20 minutes then back to walking, they don't like that, but as long as you take the first two runs if week 6 especially slow and steady you will be OK.. 😊 🏃
