I ran through the knee pain. It was sore to begin with but got better somewhere in the middle. I ran reeeaaaaally slowly. It’s quite sore now so going to ice it regularly. I really don’t want this to put the kibosh on running when I’ve started to enjoy it!

Ouch ! Ice sounds like a good idea. Make sure you get well rested before the next one, and if in doubt, see a medic. Don’t want to see you on the IC ! x

Had to look up what that means but yes me neither! I’m seeing a physio this week about a separate injury so hopefully she can help me. It’s actually feeling better right now than it has since Thursday! The run seems to have done it good!

Excellent ! Hope the physio can give you the advice to prevent any recurrence. Yeah, these abbreviations - l had to ask what it meant 😄
