So my right knee has been hurting a lot since my run on Thursday. I’ve had two rest days but it’s still quite sore.
I’ve looked online and I think it might be runner’s knee. I really really want to do tomorrow’s run, should I just push through the pain? I’m fairly overweight and am also breastfeeding which I know can make joints stretchier than usual, so I’m hoping this is just a normal reaction to starting an exercise regime after so long and I just need to woman up!

As the guide to the plan states healthunlocked.com/couchto5... everybody starting an unfamiliar exercise regime is likely to feel aches and minor pains. Your sounds specific, so have some extra rest days and follow the advice in the guide on minimising impact and try knee surgery exercises.
I know it's not what you want to hear but I think you need to rest it until the soreness has gone. You might make it worse by running when it is still not right. The run will still be there.
