Just recompleted couch to 5k as I'd let myself lapse and completed my first park run. Feeling rather pleased with myself!! Determined to keep going and not allow another lapse!! Love this forum as always for the advice and support! X

Thank you! I was really happy with my time, not what I would have predicted as I'm used to flat and there were a few hills! Definitely a park.run convert, having so many other people around really helped me keep going!!

I have only done one and I loved the atmosphere. Was hoping to go along today and beat my time but I overslept and didn't get there! Doh!

Well done you ! I’m hovering over the idea of restarting myself. . . You’re doing so well !

I'm so glad I did it, this time I joined the beginners group of the localmrunning club and did their couch to 5k. It made a massive difference having structure and a time when I was expected to be there! The other 2 runs were classed as homework and I would meet other people from the group. Made it so much easier to keep going and now we are all joining the main running club together! So glad I tried again xx

What a great scheme ! It’s brilliant when clubs remember we’re not all Paula Radcliffe 😄

Absolutely! They were so good, would with us to keep us going, if you were struggling they'd stay by your side, super supportive!
