So, for whatever reason I'm struggling making it to the full 25min. Up until now, including week 5 run 3, I was pretty sure it was in my head... but now? Trying to look at this not at "two failed attempts to run 25min" but as two successful runs with a bit of walking up hills, and remember it's not so long ago that I couldn't do 1min!!!
In other news, I appear to now weigh 13 stone 9, despite looking like I've lost weight (last weigh-in was ages ago but was 12 stone 6 or around that). And no, I've not been eating more. And I'm still a size 14-16. I'm holding on to the thought that BMI is only a very rough indication - my clothes still fit. It's just a weird thought.

I think your scales might be broken. I’d ignore them and enjoy my new shape. To be fair - no one but you knows the numbers on the scales so what you look Like is what everyone else will see.
Well done on keeping going. It’ll click one day for no apparent reason.
There is no such thing as failure, you practiced the run, that's all, don't beat yourself up about it.
When you go out to do it again, slow down, even if it's a slow jog, 'belly breathe' and smile, you can do this, you proved that with W5R3, if you can run for 20 minutes you can run for 25, trust the program and believe in yourself.
With regards the weight, you are running which uses muscles you may or may not have been using to that extent previously, these muscles will build as they are required to do more.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
If you must weigh yourself, do it once a month at the same time of day.
You can do this. Start off slowly, try not to think about how long you’ve got to go and just run. You’ll be surprised that, if you can switch off a bit in your head, before you know it, it’ll be over.
Every time you go out you’re getting better and you’re not sitting on the couch so it all counts. It’s only a few weeks ago that running at all seemed impossible.
You’ll get there and it doesn’t matter how long it takes. You will get there.
