Law of Murphy: Start C25K in May I thought☔️It... - Couch to 5K
Law of Murphy
😂
Well the sun DOES rise...it's just hidden so you can see the silver lining in the clouds : )
Ha ha...and now it is Flaming June!
I'd say more of a squelching June... 😂
Complete opposite of last year, in 2018 all us runners were complaining of the heat, last June the temperature reached 33C/91F where I live in Central Scotland, a record, the previous day it reached 30C/86F, although that morning I ran my third post consolidation run when it was much cooler.
This year we are all complaining about all the rain we have had recently, although where I am we missed most of it, there were big puddles last week, this week apart from a shower on Monday it's been dry, just hope the weather gets better in July.
Yes I remember as one of the days I was in Fort William out on a boat to seal island and it was 30 degrees it was brilliant 😊
“Dry”? What is this thing called “dry”?
No ☔ rain
Where? I’m on my way...!
The West of Scotland on average is one of the wettest parts of the UK, but this week we missed all that rain that they had in the East of England and other places as well. Tiree on the west coast of Scotland was one of the sunniest places in the UK this week.
Yep. Know what you mean. I started just before Christmas. If this works, I thought, I’ll enjoy running early mornings in the balmy weather of May & June.... 🌞🌸🌺💐 .....
Well, the flowers are here, but think I should have taken up swimming, not running! 😳 🐬🏃🏼♀️
☔️☔️ yes but its character building they say🤣
