Hello - I've seen a couple of references to Sami Murphy's Bridge to 10K on this site but haven't been able to find it. Can anyone put a direct link to it please? I need something as well as Laura's 5K graduate to increase my distance and motivation! Thank you.

I love the sami podcasts. I am just about to start week 4 the music is much better than couch

I downloaded it off this site. The first week was a bit duff, faulty or something, so I gave up on it and did week 2

You should be able to do a search to find it

I searched Bridge210k using the search box at the top right of the screen and it comes up with the post which contains the link

It's quite a step up!!!! The first podcast seems a bit faulty so I downloaded it again but it was still duff. It runs ok for a bit and then just stops. So I moved on to Week 2. The music is much better. She's no Laura though, so don't expect any kind words. Week 1 is a bit too quiet as well and you struggle to hear what she's saying. Don't give up though, you can move up to week 2. I am on week 4 now and am running the first run in a minute.

Are HealthUnlocked going to do their own version of The Bridge to 10k with some motivational pep talks added in? I've started it, so will see how I get on. May be we could keep this thread going, so that we can check in on how we are all doing.
