There are many of us whose hero is Professor Tanaka. YT search Japanese Slow Running Man. for a demonstration. I have hair his colour and model my speed and stance on him too. I have completed C25K by running thirty minutes several times and done a slow Park Run too. Same speed. March 2019 I was where you are. I had to do wk1 twice to finish all the one minute runs.
My style is slow and ugly but I’m moving and building stamina and can already feel benefits from it. Lovely peeps on here tell me slow is good so I’m happy. Good luck with your runs 👍🏻
