First run in the rain

Well I completed the last of the 25 minute runs in a rain storm. I must say it was certainly interesting and has taught me that laughing and running is a good mixture. Probably my best run so far. Roll on the 28minute sessions and if it's raining who cares.

Thankfully not for running. I did spend some time dodging puddles. Strangely I was the only one out tonight.

Great job. I prefer the rain to the heat, but together is perfect! Smiling and laughing will only help... and the memory of that run is always going to be a happy one... when you get a tough run (we all do at some point) think about this one and smile. Happy running.
