Hi. I've just completed Run 3 of Week 2. I started C25k once I got the ok from my Dr following spine surgery in January. I've not been able to run since November 2018 when I regularly ran 5k parkrun on a Saturday morning, so am using the app to help get me back into it.

Welcome back and what dedication you have, it's great to read. You could go to PR and do the plan at it and walk the end if you wanted. Anyway well done for coming back and hope you progress nice and slow back to your 5km
