Hi, I’m on week 4 of the NHS couch to 5k and had to reset my app as I had a storage issue. The app now seems to be running slower and the distance I had to run was almost double what I have done every run so far. Anyone else had this issue? Have I not done enough before now or am I doing too much now? So confused 🤷♀️

I had this problem on one of the runs in week 4 but thought it was because I picked up a phone call by mistake whilst running! Why don’t you play through the next run whilst at home just to be sure it’s ok.
The title of your post says "podcast" and the text talks about "app".
Assuming that you are using the podcast, then there is a feature on your phone that can play it at varying speeds. Maybe you accidentally set the podcast to play slowly? You would hear that the speech and music sounds a bit wrong, though.
If you are using the app, then almost certainly the phone is suffering from having too many apps open at once. Find out how to close any apps that you are not using, and close them all down. Really you should try to just have the One You C25K app and your music app open for the most accurate timing.
