Speed Podcast Help Please

So...if I used the treadmill because it’s too icy to run, and used Runkeeper stopwatch mode, and did C25k+ Speed, approximately how far did I run? Anyone know if they’ve done it, how far you get? Didn’t look at distance at end so hasn’t counted towards my weekly km!! 🙄😬😡

Thanks, felt like that, so that’s what I’ll put haha 😂

Tried it twice and I think map my run messes it up - first time supposedly 4.2km, today 3.7. But in my opinion, I think it's quite inaccurate on the short laps...

It's not really a distance objective, more a case of sustaining that fast pace over the 6 runs, so I take those distances with a pinch of salt, particularly as I'm convinced Laura's 1,2,3,4 count doesn't seem to change that ,much from walk to the sprints...

But that could just be me being shattered...

Thank you! I just want a rough distance to put in to aim for my mileage this month. Felt weirdly wasted even though I know it’s not! 😊

I know. But going to be v roughly similar to someone else who had done it as its timed to a steps per minute thing.

I know but don’t need it to be that accurate just an estimate

I bet your steps per minute and my same number of steps per minute take us vastly different distances :)

Probably but don’t need to be too accurate, just looking roughly. Thank you

If you have used Speed before and recorded distance use that. Or when you do it again, record and log this run based on that distance. Simples!
