Are you stretching straight after every run, as described in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
This helps pull out tensions in your muscles and avoids carrying them into the next run. It also aids recovery by improving blood flow.
The advice in the guide on minimising impact is also relevant, as they is the primary cause of many aches and pains in new runners.

Take it slow and steady and try to land lightly. I call it kissing the ground with your feet..sounds daft..it works..🙃
