Week 4 Done, Bring on Week 5!

So, just off the treadmill, I think it either needs a service or I need a new one, the speed is oscillating when it's been on a while, I'll check the belt tension later.

Anyways, back to the matter in hand, W4R3, all done and dusted, no wife falling in the shower, no customer phone calls (I should hope not at 7am but you never know!).

All runs completed, slow and steady with an increase in speed towards the end, probably slightly more due to the oscillating speed issue!

Week 5 actually starts on Sunday, I have 2 meeting in London on Monday and Tuesday, I refuse to stay in London so I'll commute on the train, so running days will be Sunday, Wednesday and Friday, no leg day in the gym tomorrow now due to not having Sunday off but I'll catch up.

Thoroughly enjoyed the run as usual, if the treadmill is stuffed I'll just run outside, my local Park Run course is only a couple of miles away so I could use that. The treadmill is handy as it means I don't get sweat on the leather seats in the car!

Anyways, the shower is calling, happy running everyone.

Sounds like you have next week all planned out, that always helps to keep you going. Sorry your treadmill is playing up. It is great time of the year to get outside though. Rfc x
