I have completed my last run of week 9 and I am over the moon.
I wasn’t sure I would make it to the end after losing my mum a few weeks ago but I have carried on and made it to the end.

Congratulations! A fantastic achievement; you should be very proud as indeed your mum would be. Sorry for your loss (I missed your earlier post). I started running 2yrs ago after losing my mum after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Running helped me enormously & still does. Take her with you on your runs and if you lose your focus/running structure after graduating, maybe consider a 5k race or km challenge for charity to keep you going. Virtual Runner is a good site but there are others. 🙂🏆👏x
