Yes... I know we’re supposed to treat this run just like any other. But even so, it’s felt like it’s been looming on the horizon for the last week or so. So I walked out the door this morning with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. Happy to say I walked back in half an hour later with a huge grin on my face. This keeps happening. Just when I think “C25k is just asking too much today” it proves what a brilliantly designed programme it is in preparing you for what’s ahead, and I somehow manage it. Chuffed to bits
