Hello everyone - W6R3 - whoop. Michael said he thinks Iβm a runner now he did indeed!ππ
I was so excited when I completed W5R3 but somehow today I felt like I turned a corner with my running ππΌββοΈ still super slow but forward is forward right. Any ideas on home strength training to help my running. ππ happy Global Running Day peeps.

I was just checking out the Strength and Flex podcasts on the NHS site. I am going to try adding those into my non running days. It's one of my goals for June.
I have only listened to week 1 so far but seems doable.
As above NHS strength and flex... we even have a forum for that.
Now, if anyone knows what makes a runner itβs a 4 time Olympic gold medalist! Slow is good... this is all about endurance. Keep running just the way you are.
