I'm done! I've been going with Couch 2 5K since early March, I have repeated a few weeks and had a couple of holidays inbetween, but I've finally graduated! I've found the runs hard, but the feeling after each run was the best, and was the thing that kept me going throughout.
I have been running predominantly for weight loss, and the running (and healthy eating) have helped me lose 3.5 stone in that time! That's only half of the weight I want to lose, so now I'm looking at what to do now after Couch 2 5K, in the mean time though, I think I'll keep on going with the 30 minute runs, and try to improve my pace.
I never would've thought when I started that I'd be able to complete 30 minutes of running with the amount of weight I've been carrying, so thank you to everybody for your helpful comments of motivation throughout!

Congratulations all round... amazing results. Further and faster go hand in hand, so I would just enjoy the 30 minute runs for a few weeks without pushing hard. Once it’s easy/comfortable then starting the road to 10k on a good plan (the best IMO is on the Bridge to 10k forum here) will give you a long run and some shorter ones... some of those short runs will be 30minutes or 5k and you’ll see your pace creeping up with very little extra effort. Celebrate well and enjoy your future running adventures as well as completing the journey to your goal weight.
