Blisters!!!

Now on to doing longer runs which I am really enjoying. When I did my last 25min run on Monday got a bad blister on the arch of my foot by this morning it had gone down. I went for my next 25min run earlier and I made sure I wore my blister socks to help it. Yet sadly it made my run a bit painful towards the end due to the blister being painful. What would people suggest to help stop the pain? Put vaseline over it? Please help as I am now enjoying these longer runs!!!

Can you rig up a type of corn plaster thing where you leave the blister uncovered but put stuff around it to prevent it getting rubbed even more?

They also do really good blister plasters now that you leave on for a few days
