Hi everyone!

I have just signed up, i havent been able to run for years, no medical condition ... but when i run i get a burning sensation in my ankles after about a minute and the pain is horrible 😞 even doctors dont know what it is!

But i have 12 weeks until my holiday and want to drop from size 14 to 10! Any tips!?

Im hoping this workout will help me learn to run properly and shift the weight... i can use cross trainers, steppers and bikes. I just want to get out there and run!

Tia

Hi, I have signed up today, and have done a little bit of running previously, but had to stop because of an ankle prob. But in the past I used to get the burning sensation, and the only way to get rid of it is to stretch properly before and after exercise religiously, for the minimum of 10mins. I used to find it a chore, but now it is second nature-I wish I'd done this from the beginning. :-)
