Wasn’t expecting much from myself to be honest! A 20 min run, yeah right, I had a few issues Sarah Millican wouldn’t work so I switched trainer and off I set thinking to myself just run for as long as you can and if you need to walk then walk, no one is watching you or judging you (apart from the 12 year old son of course)

So I planned a route mainly down hill however that last part took me up hill on a main road, I’ve avoided main roads sticking to the winding lanes and only running into a few dog walkers along the way.

So it was time to run and run (wonky jog) I did and I went on and on until 20 mins had passed I only went and blooming done it, feeling on top of the world right now, only 5 weeks ago I had run for a minute and felt I was going to die/puke on the pavement.
