I’d like to feel not quite so knackered at the end and gasping so will carrying on doing the same for a few weeks, can’t seem to get my breathing right

My scientific approach to breathing at the moment is breathe in, breathe out, don't stop.

I'm just going with the flow, I'll work on that in phase 2 lol
