On week 5 , enjoying it so far , do you think it’s ok to run alternate days and get through the programme quicker ?

Good qs, I might be wrong (there are others that can answer better, due to experience) but as long as you feel ok all round and you’re taking at least one day to rest I don’t see why not x

Agree with Bluepup1 that as long as you have a rest day in between then you can run as you like. Obviously, if you feel like you need an extra day to rest up, then listen to your body and be sensible!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and explains thats aslong as you have at least one rest day between runs that is fine.
