It took me a little longer than 6 weeks to get where I am now but Iโm determined to get to 5K by the 9th week! I hope we can offer support to each other to reach our goals ๐๐๐ผโโ๏ธ

As I'm sure you know , Graduation is about completing all the runs including 3x30 minutes on week 9.
Achieving 5k in the 30 minutes is not a requirement to graduate and only achieved by a small percentage .

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, no more walking breaks, by completing that run you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.
