I’ve absolutely loved doing C25k and have just completed week 5 run 3. Although I was really nervous about running for 20 minutes solid, I surprised myself and did it! However, during my warm up walk the side of my foot started to hurt, becoming quite painful during the run. It hurts now just walking on it. I’ve put ice on it but am really worried that I won’t be able to do my next run and it will set me back, maybe even make me give up if I have to miss sessions! I’m gutted! Has anyone else had this problem?
