Due to illness my running has been interrupted for two weeks. I had completed W4R2, do I pick up from where I left off or restart W4 or even W3? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Welcome back! Try w4r2 and see how you go, if it’s a bit too hard go back a couple. Anything you do is good so dont worry about wasting time or anything like that, it all helps to make you a better runner.
