After completing the initial programme, I continued running three times a week, and have now been a runner for a year!
Taking up the programme, as a middle-aged women who was pretty inactive, was daunting, but I'm so glad I've stuck with it. I feel so much better in myself, with far more energy that I've had in many years.
For all those starting out, keep with it - it works! I can't promise it's easy, but it's so worth the work.
