Finished!!! Rather hot graduation run!!!

Well today was the day! I finished the last run!! was really tough as the weather was 28'c here!! id like to say that this was the easiest run of the week but it wasn't was blooming hot!! i was sweating just getting changed ready for it!! I have come a long way in these nine weeks but i dont want to stop there!! ive already decided i want to run 10k so heres to the next runs! good luck and thanks to everyone who helped me along the way!! does anyone know what you have to do to get the graduate badge?

Congratulations on graduating! Progressing to 10K is a great goal - lots of us have done that after consolidating first with a few weeks of 3 x 5k before gradually extending one run in to a longer run. Good luck!
