Just came back from doing a 20 minute recovery run (my upper thigh muscle has been painful for the last few weeks so I don't want to push myself too much) and today was the first day that I ran without pain at all! I find this very encouraging and glad that it was a good run today. I'm still going to do another week of slightly longer recovery runs just to be safe and then slowly get back into training for my first 5K in July!
