Week 5 run 3 - nervous 😟

Completed Week 5 run 2 yesterday in treadmill. Was really nervous as it seemed a step up but took advise from alot of posts on here and slowed it down alot and this really helped. Thank you. Due to do wk5 run 3 tomorrow and the nerves are back as I am doing a social walk out today probably about total of 8-10k. Will my legs be ok for tomorrow or should I leave till Monday to give myself a better chance of completing it?

Depends how you feel, maybe Monday would be better as you will be more relaxed by then after that 8/10K social 🚢 walk.

Thank you. I did it and managed to run the full 20 minutes. Mind over matter πŸ™‚

You can do this.

You will have to make up your own mind whether your legs are overworked. An extra rest day won't do any harm.

Thank you. Decided to give it a try yesterday just to see how I felt. Managed the full 20 minutes and legs weren't too bad. Rest day today then back to start week 6 tomorrow. Thanks too for all the good advise in the guide, it really helps πŸ™‚
