Hi. Just completed my first session. I am exhausted but also ecstatic that I did it. Tried in the past and gave up 10 mins in. Would be jumping for joy right now if I had the energy!!!

Hi. Well done for starting. Many congratulations on feeling ecstatic at the end. It’s that feeling each time, that keeps you going. The plan works if you do.
You may lose some weight, but some changes won’t show on scales. Some weeks in , my tum was tauter. Same weight though. Suggest you do the “before” bathroom mirror photo and measure all the calves, thighs, biceps etc, as well as the usual bits. To compare in your bikini pic later.
Main idea is to run, exercise may help weight loss. I lost some weight which encouraged me to eat less and better. That made a difference. I enjoy running to keep me fitter than I have ever been and lighter.
