I started C25K yesterday at the W1R1 mark and found it... okay. I was fine for the first few run/walk cycles but after a while it got pretty hard (although it probably didn't help that A. it was really warm B. I am pretty constantly dehydrated due to not drinking enough and C. I managed to get a little bit lost on the way back!). While I exercise relatively regularly, I've never been the fittest person. Through C25K, I'm hoping to increase my fitness as well as possibly helping with my stress levels (mostly due to exams atm).

Great for getting started, c25k running is great to help with a lot of aspects of life . You will need to drink lots of water 7 days a week to help with hydration and it helps your body to run better 😊

Well done for starting, I distinctly remember thinking that I never knew 60 minutes could feel soo long during week 1 : )

Getting started is definitely the hardest part, so well done for getting the first run under your belt!

I couldn’t do all of the 60 second runs when I started. Now running 20 minutes 5 weeks later. You’ll get there, don’t panic.
