Here goes...just writing it here to force me to do it.
Going to try and use one of the w9 podcasts, I haven't used any of them yet, just trying to mix it up a bit so I don't get bored.

Posting is a great way to keep you focused and on track. Plus it’s helping those of us who are heading towards graduation and wondering how to structure the runs afterwards, so thank you! Enjoy your run 🏃♀️😊
I like the way you use this forum to keep yourself honest. Hope the run goes well and that you enjoy it. Do report back.
P.S. I ran Consolidation W1R1 this morning – the first run since hurting my leg on Sunday – so I’m not far behind you. It’s great to be back at it.
I kind of feel like I shouldn't post cos it's not really c25k anymore but I am holding myself accountable by writing it down.
Well.done on getting back into it, glad your leg is holding up.
No keep posting! It's great for us under graduates to see how things progress afterwards. It's also nice to know that people manage to keep it up once they have graduated. 😁
Hope it well for you?
Thank you both
It seems you are newish to Laura? She has instructed, guided and encouraged my ears and heels, since week 2, when I found the podcasts. After consolidation she does the same using NHS C25K+Stepping Stones. 5 minute warm up & cool down, each end of a thirty minute run that requires you to keep feet in time with the beat of the built in music. 155beats/min, then 160 and 165 for a while. Laura keeps popping up and counting 1234,1234! Your mind is concentrating on feet-beat and the fact that you cover an extra couple of hundred metres each run is a welcome surprise. Certainly was to me. But then, some are aiming for a sub 30min 5K. I am aiming for sub three quarters of an hour, eventually. There are two more podcasts, one for Speed, t’other for distance. I think Clubberlang enjoys the speed one and has described it.
Slow suits me. If I need to go as far as 10K, I have a bus pass.
You may enjoy running with the structure of SS? I hope so.
Thanks.
I am using Laura for my consolidation run now W9 over and over lol
I may try the stepping stones at the end of next week once I have the 30 minute runs comfortably in my legs. Sunday's run went better, a little bit faster than normal (which is still not fast, lol) but I am feeling slightly happier about the whole thing.
A sub 30 minute 5K is a loooong way away for me, but I do want to get a bit quicker as my running time during the week is limited and running quicker means being able to run more distance in the same amount of time (I have 45 mins max in the mornings unless I want to get up before 5am)
