Just finished W1R3. For some reason it was a very hard. But I did it. It is quite warm here now. Worried about week 2 now.

W1r3
Don't worry. Some runs are inexplicably harder than others. If you finished the week and managed to complete all the runs you are ready for W2.
Best of luck!
My next run is w3r3 and in that short time I have realised that every run is different! Really don't worry about it! Even when it's been difficult I have felt elated because I did it! Maybe it's all part of the training! Onwards and very much forward!
It may depend on what days you run, I guess. If you run Mon/Wed/Fri then on run 3 you're still tired from r1 and r2. But you'll get 2 days (Sat/Sun) to recover for W2r1 and you'll be brilliant. The weekend looks cooler and that will make it easier (does for me, anyway). Make sure you've had something sensible to eat 1hr before your run to keep your energy levels up.
I thought the same and wondered whether to repeat the week until it felt easier, but I followed the advice on the forum and decided to go for wk2. It actually didn't feel any worse than week 1! Felt the same way about week 3, but am now cooling off after having run for a whole 3 minutes twice. I think the advice that if you can actually manage to complete the run then just go for it is spot on. Good luck
Well done for getting though week one. It's a bit of a milestone eh?! T'was for me anyway
Honestly, I am the least likely person to have even considered running and each run amazes me. And I have ok runs, and not-so-ok runs. Today's W3R3 was haaaaaard! But I am here and live to tell the tale! Love the C25K mantra "Trust in the plan, trust in the plan"! Its true
Good luck with W2
well done...but don't panic, just go with it and aim to enjoy
Someone once said to me that the amount of time I took in worrying and thinking about going out for my run I could have been out and back from it really made me stop and think...
Yes like the folk have said, relax some runs are good & some not so good but they all move you on to the next. Personally I found week 2 hard but then didn't hit a "bad" 'til week7. I now firmly believe no runs are bad some just aren't as enjoyable as others. Good luck with week2 but you probably wont need it. Take it in your stride - pun intended.
