It’s crazy but I really don’t want this week to end. W8r3 was horrendous and I was feeling like I wasn’t doing well enough and letting myself down. But W9r1 on Monday was better and my confidence came back with a vengeance. I completely bossed W9r2 this morning, there was a wonderful breeze as the sun rose and I felt amazing. Now I’m putting my graduation run off until Sunday because I don’t want this to end!
Sure I’ll be hitting the park runs and juju’s 10K magic plan and it’s going to be great but I’ll always remember this time of my life as when Natalie didn’t just discover a love and true ability for running but she found her old self again. My amazing new life awaits me at the other side of my graduation run and I will be forever grateful for what C25K and this community has brought into my life.
So I’ll pause a little....and relish this moment.. because it’s life changing. 🌈

It’s emotional heading to that finish line for sure... but you’ve already got plans, you recognise that it’s also the next start line. Love that run... come and tell us all about it . You’re discovering your inner awesome and it’s a little scary in a strange way huh? We will always be here, so you don’t lose that, you have other running adventures ahead, and any time you want a 30 minute run you can dial up your coach and run with them again. Happy running.
