That's it! Mission accomplished and many thanks to you all. When I started following this plan, I had no structure to how I was running. I had done a couple of park runs and run over the moors, but with no consistency. This plan followed from start to finish points you in the right direction, that and some fun and encouragement on this forum. Its amazing how when I was on a run, some of the comments went through, one in particular posting i read brought a tear to my eye, after reading it the thoughts of Hilbean and the strength she had to continue despite her difficult times pushed me to run on when when half of me was telling me to stop. Thank you Hilbean. I can now run 5k, ok I still have negative thoughts when I'm running, but I can now do it, better still, somehow how I have some decent times. Today's was a record. I covered 3.45 miles in a time of 30.2, I passed the 5k mark in 27:30s. I will now focus on the park run. Thats my next challenge to run the park run without dropping to a walk, the person who gave me the advice, don't run the hills gave me good advice, i switched mid C25K to a flatter course and that brought me on no end. To all on here following the plan, you can do it, following it, be honest with yourself when doing it. When struggling, pop on here, some of these people will give you good advice. Once again, thank you everybody, today I feel I achieve something.

That's very kind of you Sazzle, although you don't sound like you need inspiring, you seem to be doing fine. Many thanks.

Thank you Ff, you'll do it, I'm sure, keep it up.
Aw bless you! Glad I could help although I don't think I'm deserving of such high praise. You did it! Not only that you graduated with 5k tucked neatly in your belt and at a cracking pace too. Well done!
Thank you Hilbean, on one or two of my runs, you went through my mind and your determination to keep doing what you have, said to me don't stop, keep running, when at times I could so easily of parked up lol
